LED Sign Trailer Rental for Festivals and Fairs
Parking, wayfinding, and schedule changes on a board you can change.
Festivals fail at the edges, not the middle. The gates are fine; the problem is a mile out, where drivers do not know where to park or which entrance to use. Printed signs go obsolete the moment your parking plan shifts, and after sunset they disappear.
A rented LED trailer holds the message that has to change: PARKING → , GATE B CLOSED, SHUTTLE HERE, GATES OPEN 5 PM. We deliver, position, and run the content, and we can update it as the weekend develops.
Because we rent by the week and not by the day, a Friday-to-Sunday festival books one week at $300. That covers your load-in days and teardown with no per-day event rate stacking up. Delivery is $250 flat inside our service area.
Placement note: put the board where cars slow — the approach to a turn, the last decision point before your lot. That is where a short message with an arrow actually changes driver behavior.
