Rental Terms

These terms describe how Florida LED Sign Rentals LLC rents mobile LED sign trailers in Florida. Every rental is also governed by a signed rental agreement, which controls if the two differ.

Term and rates. One week is the minimum term at $300. Four weeks is $1,100. There is no daily rate and no one- or two-day rental. Delivery, setup, and pickup are a flat $250 anywhere inside our service area. Ending a rental requires one week of notice.

Tax. No sales tax is added; this is a rental of equipment we own and operate.

Power. The customer supplies a 120V/20A circuit within 100 feet. We supply heavy-gauge cords. The customer is responsible for damage resulting from thin or unrated cords, overloaded circuits, or improper power sources.

Permits and placement. Where a city or county requires a temporary sign permit, obtaining it is the customer’s responsibility. The customer must have the right to place the trailer at the requested location.

Content. Message content is provided by the customer and remains the customer’s responsibility, including political content. We include up to three content changes per week. We may decline unlawful content.

Equipment. The trailer remains our property. The customer is responsible for loss or damage while on site other than normal wear or our own service work. Florida law governs these terms.
