How it works
How LED Sign Trailer Rental Works
Five steps. We handle delivery, setup, content, and pickup. You supply power and, where a city requires one, the permit.
- 01
You inquire
Use the contact form with your city, your dates, and what you need the sign to say. There is no email address to hunt for — the form reaches us directly, and we are always available.
- 02
We confirm dates
We text or call back with the next open trailer and a delivery window. New rentals need a signed rental agreement before delivery.
- 03
We deliver and set up
We haul the trailer from Spring Hill, position and level it where you point us on your property, connect it to your 120V/20A outlet with our heavy-gauge cords, and load your first message.
- 04
We rotate your content
Send us new copy and we update the board — up to three content changes per week are included. The signs are most effective when we change the content regularly.
- 05
We pick up
At the end of the term we come back and haul it out. Ending a rental takes one week of notice.
What you supply
Power, access, and permission
- Power: a standard 120V/20A outlet within 100 feet of the trailer. We supply heavy-gauge cords rated for the run. Damage caused by thin cords or overloaded circuits is the customer’s responsibility.
- Access: room for our truck to back in and pull out, and roughly two parking spaces for the trailer.
- Placement rights: private property you own or have written permission to use. We do not place in public right-of-way.
- Permits: if your city or county requires a temporary sign permit, obtaining it is the customer’s responsibility. We will schedule around your approval date.
