For pastors
LED Trailer Rental for Pastors
Pastors use a parked LED trailer for service times, special weeks, and seasonal outreach visible from the road. Florida LED Sign Rentals: $300/week, no tax, 3 message changes/week. Parked boards on your church lot — not driving trucks.
What you’ll actually do
Four decisions, then we handle the rest
This is not a software platform. There is no dashboard to learn, no member data to import, and no integration to configure. You decide what the board says and where it sits; we deliver, program, and update it.
- Approve one clear message — huge type, few words
- Point to where the trailer can sit safely on church property
- Confirm power: a standard outdoor 120V/20A outlet within 100 feet
- Text us change #2 and #3 when the week’s events shift
We are not a worship-software vendor. No MCP, no member-data export. Just a parked LED board that makes your service times visible from the road.
Parked vs driving
Your corner, not a shared Tampa route
Driving LED trucks in Tampa and Orlando rent route time and shared screens. That can be a good buy for a brand that wants citywide impressions, but it is not the same as a board parked in your church driveway.
Our trailer stays on your lot. Visitors see “SUNDAYS 9 & 11” every time they pass your building, and you control the message when revival week, VBS, or a guest speaker changes the calendar.
Weekly rhythm
One board, three messages
Most pastors rotate between Sunday service times, midweek programming, and the current seasonal push. With three included changes per week you can keep the sign fresh without writing a novel.
- Sunday service times
- Midweek Bible study, youth, or special event
- Seasonal outreach: VBS, revival, fall festival, Christmas Eve
